摘 要: | 本文针对油田生产过程中存在的抽油机电能浪费问题,提出了通过调整电动机输入功率、实时跟踪、匹配抽油机负荷,达到提高功率因数节约电能的目的。同时给出了GPRS远程数据传输控制的方案,为抽油机的遥控遥测及集中控制提供了条件。

Abstract: | According to the problem of electrical energy waste in production process,the writer put forward that the power factors can be improved to achieve the objective of electrical energy conservation through adjusting the input power of an electromotor,realtime tracing and load matching.It presented a control project of the GPRS remote data transmis- sion which provides probability of remote control,telemetry and centralized control to the pumping units. |
