| Abstract: | Absolute value circuit is the key part of subrange ADC,its Amplitude and frequency characteristics directly affect the Amplitude and frequency characteristics of ADC.This paper we discuss the shortage of a normal voltage mode absolute value circuit and present some ideal to improve its performance. |
