青海菜籽油精炼工艺优化

摘    要:分别以活性炭/活性白土和氢氧化钠作为脱色剂和脱酸剂,研究菜籽毛油的脱色和脱酸工艺。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,得出最优脱色工艺条件为:温度90℃,时间25 min,吸附剂质量比2∶2。此时菜籽油吸光度(0.192)较低,脱色率达到70%。最优脱酸工艺条件为:温度70℃,时间40 min,碱液浓度20%。脱酸后的菜籽油酸价(0.4158 mg/g)较低,脱酸率达到78%。脱色和脱酸试验结果表明此精炼工艺可以较好地改善菜籽油的品质,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:The decolorization and deacidification of rapeseed oil were studied by using activated carbon/active clay and sodium hydroxide as decolorizer and deacidifier.Orthogonal experiment was carried out on the basis of single factor experiment,and the optimal decolorization process conditions were as follows:temperature 90℃,time 25 min,adsorbent mass ratio 2∶2.The rapeseed oil absorbance(0.192)was low and decolorization rate up to 70%under these conditions.The optimal deacidification process conditions were as follows:temperature 70℃,time 40 min,alkali concentration of 20%.Rapeseed oleic acid value(0.4158 mg/g)was lower,and the deacidification rate reached 78%after deacidification.The experimental results of decolorization and deacidification showed that the process of refining could improve the quality of rapeseed oil and had a good application prospect.
