心理行为干预对流浪精神分裂症患者不良行为的改善

目的探讨行为干预对住院流浪精神分裂症患者不良行为的效果观察。方法将100例住院慢性流浪精神分裂症患者为入组对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。两组均给予冬眠灵药物治疗。观察组同时实施3个月的心理行为干预,采用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)对两组患者进行3个月的干预评定。结果治疗3个月后,两组NOSIE、IPROS评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论行为干预能有效改善慢性流浪精神分裂症患者的不良行为,提高患者的自理能力,促进患者全面康复。

Psychological and Behavioral Intervention on the Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia Adverse Behavior Improvement

Objective To explore the behavioral intervention for hospitalized vagrant in schizophrenia patients with poor behavior effscts. Methods The CCMD-3 about schizophrenia diagnostic criteria of 100 long -term inpatients with chronic schizophrenia patients into a group of objects, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional antipsyehotic treatment, the observation group at the same time the implementation of 3 months of psychological and behavioral intervention, including the use of psychological knowledge lectures, entertainment, daily life, patients, self-care ability and life skills training. The inpatient observation scale（NOSIE）, hospitalized mental patients.were rehabilitation effect rating scale （IPROS） in two group of patients were 3 months for assessment. Results After 3 months of treatment, two groups of NOSIE, IPROS score was significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The behavior intervention can effectively improve chronic vagrants with schizophrenia,s bad behavior, improved patients self-care ability of patients＇ prmote the comprehensive rehabilition.
