国内首例420t/h燃油锅炉改为油气两用炉

广东中山横门发电厂所用锅炉自投产以来，以重油作为燃料。重油燃烧后，对受热面的积灰和尾部低温腐蚀十分严重。既影响机组出力，又增加检修成本。特别是油价不断攀升，使企业的生存空间越来越小。于是对所用锅炉进行了技术改造。通过改造后的试验和运行实践表明：该项锅炉技术改造大大提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。并且这些成功的技术改造和运行经验可以为同类型锅炉的改造提供有益的参考价值。

The First Boiler Fueled by Gas or Oil Reconstructed from a 420 t/h Fuel-oil Boiler in China

Since the boiler of Guangdong Zhongshan Hengmen Power Plant was put into production,it had been using heavy oil as the fuel.As a result of it,the heater of the boiler was always covered by dust and the back was badly corroded.This not only affected the operation of the turbine,but also added the cost of the examination and repair.The space of development of the Power Plant was becoming smaller and smaller since the price of the oil have been rising up.Therefore we took technical reconstruction to the boiler.The practice of trialing and operation shows that the technical reconstruction has greatly improved the economic and the safety of the operation of the boiler.At the same time,the success of this technical reconstruction and operation experience will be the excellent reference material of the technical reconstruction of the same type turbine.
