抓髌器与AO张力带治疗髌骨骨折疗效比较

目的：观察抓髌器治疗髌骨骨折疗效，探讨其适应症、治疗优点及发展方向。方法：一组病人用抓髌器治疗，一组病人行手术切开复位AO张力带钢丝内固定术。每组病人又分为术后1年，3年和5年进行随访。结果：抓髌器治疗髌骨骨折手术操作简单，对横断型髌骨骨折治疗效果佳；与同期AO张力带固定相比，横断型和粉碎型治疗效果无明显差异，而下极型以张力带固定治疗效果好。结论：横断型髌骨骨折是抓髌器治疗的适应症。

Comparison between Patella Holder and AO Tension Band in Treatment of Patella Fracture

Objective To evaluate the indications advantages and the development of methods of the patella fracture treated wuth patella holder Methods In one group,patients suffering from patella fracture were treated with patella holder,those patients in the other group were treated with AO tension band internal fixation.In each group,they were divided into three subgroups,which were followed up at the 1 st ,3 rd and 5 th year after operation. Results The operation for patella fracture treated with patella holder was simple.This method was effective for transverse patella fracture,while in case of inferior polar patella fracture AO tension band internal fixation was a better therapeutic method. Conclusion Patella holder was favorable for transverse patella fracture.
