创新移民社区管理模式探讨

The major risk after the relocation and resettlement of immigrants and their characteristics are introduced .The cur-rent situation of the social management on immigrant communities and the problems are analyzed .It is put forward that the social management mode for immigrant communities should be innovated in terms of unsound social management institution , irregular management system for community , lack of community service , backward management concept for community as well as poor par-ticipation sense of immigrants , so as to further improve the service for the immigrant communities and rebuilt the immigrants so-cial net, maintain the social order , promote harmony and guarantee the people live and work in peace and contentment .
