| 摘 要： | 利用灰色控制理论对电力需求量进行预测，用生成方法对原始数据进行处理，强化规律性，避免了影响电力需求量的众多因素，建立起微分拟合方程，利用残差修正模型，对城市需求量做出科学准确的预测。

| Abstract: | The grey control theory is used to predict city electric power demand. Primary data is dealt with by generation method. Many factors affecting electric power demand are avoided. The differential fitting equation is set up. Scientific and accurate prediction is presented using residual modification model. |
