摘    要:大件运输货物采取合理的捆绑加固方式是确保安全运载、规避经济损失的关键。为研究大件运输货物在运输过程中的受力状态,完善大件运输捆绑加固理论,本文以四川省大件运输公司定子运输为研究对象,阐述定子捆绑加固所需设备、材料,分析捆绑加固影响因素、注意事项和绑扎方式,借鉴铁路运输相关理论对公路大件运输货物捆绑加固进行受力分析,校核捆绑加固强度。结果表明该定子运输加固方案是合理的,对公路大件运输捆绑加固具有较强的理论意义与实践价值。

Abstract:As for Bulky cargo, reasonable bundled reinforcement method is very important to ensure safe transport and avoid economic loss. For the stress state study of bulk cargo in the transport process and the theory improvement of the large transport binding reinforcement, with the case of a 260T stator transport of large transportation company in sichuan province as the research object, this paper expounds the required equipment and materials for the stator bundled reinforcing, and analyzes the influencing factors of binding reinforcement, matters needing attention and the way of binding, and analyses the stress and checks the bundled reinforcement strength of the highway bulky cargo binding reinforcement with the consideration of correlation theory of railway transportation. of, The results show that the stator transportation reinforcement scheme is reasonable and has strong theoretical significance and practical value for the large transport of highway.
