摘    要:以"长江南京至浏河口段数字航道与智能航运建设示范工程"为依托,基于Android移动开发平台,开发航标动态移动监控系统。该系统操作灵活,携带方便,可有效地解决航标维护过程中存在的生产效率低、故障告警和维护响应周期长的难题。

Abstract:A dynamic navigation mark mobile monitoring system was developed based on Android mobile development plat -form and the digital channel and intelligent shipping demonstration project on the Yangtze river between Nanjing and Liuhekou . The system can solve effectively the defects of navigation marks maintenance such as low reduction efficiencies , malfunction alarm and longer cycle time , with its convenient carrying and flexible operation .
