摘 要: | 为分析液压控制回路设计对绞吸挖泥船柔性钢桩缓冲系统的影响,利用AMESim液压仿真对缓冲系统的效率进行敏感性分析,结果表明,液压控制回路中的蓄能器数量,阻尼阀(插装阀)的弹簧刚度、阻尼孔直径和阀芯半锥角会影响系统的缓冲能力,不同的设计可造成定位桩载荷差异,需谨慎对待。

Abstract: | The sensitivity analysis was carried out on hydraulic control circuit with AMESim to investigate its impact on flexi -ble steel pile buffer system .The calculation results showed that buffering moment is different when the buffering system changes its number of accumulators , or changes damper valve's spring stiffness , damping orifice diameter or half cone angle , which should be paid attention to . |
