头项针带针康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

目的:观察头针、项针带针康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的疗效。方法:将120例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,均给予常规神经内科对症治疗,在此基础上两组均进行针刺及康复训练,观察组头项针与康复训练同步进行,对照组头项针与康复训练不同步实施。治疗前后检验洼田氏饮水试验结果。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.55%与86.44%,P0.05),观察组吞咽功能改善情况优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:头项针带针康复训练可更为有效地提高脑卒中后吞咽障碍的吞咽功能,其疗效优于针刺、康复训练分步进行者,值得临床推广。

Curative Observation of Scalp and Nape Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Synchronously on Dysphagia after Stroke

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture, nape acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on dysphagia after stroke. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, 60 cases in each. Same neurological routine treatment was given. Furthermore, patients in the treatment group were given scalp acupunc- ture, nape acupuncture combined with rehabilitation synchronously, while in the controlled group was non-synchronously. The Watian drinking water test was accessed before and after treatment. Results： The treatment group was superior in the total effec- tive rate, with a percentage of 96. 55 and 86.44, the degree of swallowing function was improved prominently （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of scalp acupuncture, nape acupuncture combined with rehabilitation synchronously can improve patient＇s swallowing function more obviously and the therapy is worthy of being generalized.
