传热管强化传热能质综合分析

摘    要:依据能量有效利用的观点,利用热力学(火用)分析原理,对传热管换热过程进行了能质综合分析.在表征能质品位的(火用)参数基础上,将换热过程的传热特性和阻力特性有机地结合,提出了能质分析的无因次准则函数.根据该函数,以静态混合器强化传热管为例,简要分析换热过程的综合用能情况,从而探讨传热过程的热力学能量特性分析方法.

Abstract:From the viewpoint of rational utilization of energy, the available energy of con-vective heat transfer enhancement in a tube was studied by energy analysis. The enhancement usually not only increases heat transfer, but also raises flow resistance. Since the heat transferred and the work done in flow , both are different forms of energy, Energy was used to combine heat transfer with flow resistance. Several dimensionless factors and a dimension-less equation about the available energy lost (or exergy lost )were presented to analyse and appraise the enhancement. The Kenics static mixer was taken as a example for study . The theoretical analysis and the example studied showed that this equation can be used as an analysis criterion for enhancement investigation and engineering application.
