摘    要:正畸治疗疗程长,操作复杂。如何使进修生在短时间内既掌握临床操作基本技能又有较强的正确诊断和矫治设计的临床分析思维能力,一直是正畸临床教学的难点。对此,笔者经过探索,找到了一套序列化教学方法,取得了令人满意的效果。1)针对正畸基本概念和基础理论:这部分内容采用PBL(Problem Based Learning)教学法。2)病例讨论和诊断设计:这部分内容采用CBS(Case based study)教学法。3)进修后1年利用互联网进行临床病例远程会诊,帮助进修医生在自己的临床工作中重新体会进修期间的学习内容,弥补了口腔正畸学理论课教学时数少的局限性,从而提高了进修医生的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Abstract:The long period of orthodontic treatment and complicated clinical procedure made the orthodontic education time-consuming and difficult for students to grasp the clinical ability of diagnosis and clinical analysis.Based on our experience,we developed a series of programs,which resolved the fore-going education problem.1)PBL(Problem Based Learning)method was employed for the based theory in orthodontics.2)CBS(Case based study)method was employed for the clinical case analysis and discussion.3)Internet was used for the long-distance case analysis,which help students very much on their own clinical practice.
