| 摘 要： | "项目投资管理"和"固定资产投资管理"是目前企业进行项目管理过程中的两种投资管理方法,本文通过阐述项目进度与资金管理的关系、资金进度与两种投资管理方法的关系,描述了企业工程项目管理中投资管理的现状和问题,并介绍了在项目管理软件中解决这些问题的尝试.
