肝癌病房开展优质护理服务的实践及成效

目的探讨肝癌病房开展优质护理服务的实践及成效。方法 2010年11月,本院肝癌病房开展优质护理服务,制订了一系列措施,包括实行包干责任制;加强护士培训,优化护理工作流程;夯实基础护理;提供便民服务;接受患者监督。比较实施优质护理服务前后患者满意度和护理质量的差异。结果实施优质护理服务后,患者满意度、健康教育及基础护理覆盖率、护理文书合格率高于实施前(均P<0.01);护士受表扬人数增多,无发生护理差错和纠纷。结论根据肝癌病房的特点制订优质护理服务措施,优化了护理流程,使护士有更多的时间为患者服务,从而增加了患者满意度,提高了护理质量。

Effect of high quality nursing project in liver cancer wards

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of high quality nursing project in the liver cancer wards.Methods The high quality nursing project was enforced in the liver wards of our hospital in November 2010 by way of reforming nursing service concept,enhancing the training of nursing skills,providing patient-centered service,intensifying basic nursing and health education,performing three-class nursing ward off and nursing team duty system,optimizing nursing flowchart and simplifying nursing documentations.The nursing quality before enforcing the project was compared to that after it.Results After enforcement of high quality service project,the satisfaction rate,the rate of performing health education and basic nursing and the rate of qualified nursing documentation were all higher than those after project enforcement（all P 0.01）.More nurses were praised for their quality service and the rate of nursing flaws and nurse-patient was zilch.Conclusions The high quality nursing project according to the features of liver cancer wards may optimize the nursing flowchart so that the nurses have more time to serve patients.As a result,the satisfaction degree of patients with nurses and the nursing quality may be both improved.
