普通肝素与低分子量肝素在冠状动脉介入治疗中的比较

目的:比较普通肝素(UH)与低分子肝素(LMWH)在冠状动脉介入治疗中疗效与不良作用的差异,评价二者的安全性和有效性.方法:80例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)和心绞痛病人分为对照组40例,术中使用的抗栓剂为UH;实验组40例,术中使用的抗栓剂为LMWH,术后测定PT(INR),APTF,TT,术后出血率、血管并发症及血压,术后30天随访.结果:实验组与对照组相比,Xa活性值较低,TT高,PT低.术后出血率低,血管并发症少,血压低.结论:冠状动脉介入治疗术中使用LMWH抗栓对病人的安全性和有效性高于使用UH抗栓.

Comparing the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction between common heparin and low molecular weight heparin in percutaneous coronary intervention treatment

Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of common heparin(UH) and low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) treatment by comparing their therapeutic effects and adverse reactions during treatment.Methods:80 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and angina pectoris were divided into test group and control group,and treated with LMWH or UH as the anti-suppository in the percutaneous coronary intervention treatment.The anti-suppository in the percutaneous coronary intervention treatment.The anti-Xa activity,activated partial thromboplasting time(ApTT),plasma prothrombin time(PT) and TT were me asured after operation,and the bleeding rate,vessel complication and blood pressure were followed up 30 days after operation.Results:Compared with the control group,the test group had low anti-Xa activity,high TT,low bleeding rate,less complications and low blood pressure after operation.Conclusion:The safety and effectiveness of LMWH are superior to those of UH in percutaneous coronary intervention treatment.
