| 摘 要： | 目的 建立赤芍配方颗粒的质量标准研究.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对赤芍配方颗粒进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对赤芍配方颗粒中的芍药苷进行含量测定.结果 薄层色谱鉴别特征斑点清晰,专属性强;芍药苷进样量在0.243～4.850μg之间与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 97,平均回收率为102.11%,RSD为1.52%(n=6).结论 所采用的方法灵敏、简便、重复性好.可有效控制赤芍配方颗粒的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Chishao Dispensing Granules. Methods The TLtS was used to identity Chishao Dispensing Granule; the content of the main active constituent paeoniflorin in the granule was determined by HPLC. Results The characteristic spots in TLC identification were clear and strong specific. There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and quantity of paeoniflorin at the range of 0.243-4.850 p~g, r=0.999 97,and the average recovery rate was 102.11%, RSD was 1.52% （n =6）. Conclusions The method is practicable and repeatable. It provides a sensitive and reliable analytical approach for the quality evaluation of Chishao＇Dispensing Granule. |
