| 摘 要： | 通过对我院当前大型仪器设备管理工作中出现的问题进行分析,认为搞好大型仪器设备改革的关键在于建立一套完善的管理体制,建立中心实验室统一管理,建立有偿使用制度,提高实验室管理队伍的综合素质,使大型仪器设备能更好地为学校的教学和科研服务。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of current management problems of the large-sized instruments and equipments,it showed that the key to the reform lied in establishing a sound management system,such as establishing the central laboratory to manage all the equipments,establishing a system of paid use of the equipments and improving the comprehensive abilities of the management team of the laboratory. |
