碳纤维-石墨复合水泥基导电材料性能的试验研究

摘    要:在石墨水泥基材料中掺入低电阻率、具有阻裂功能的短切碳纤维可以提高材料导电性能和力学性能。通过试验研究了测试电压、纤维掺量及龄期等对材料电阻率的影响,同时研究了碳纤维掺入对力学性能的影响。结果表明碳纤维掺入可以改善复合材料的导电性能和力学性能。

Abstract:Mixed with graphite cement-based materials with short carbon fiber withlow resistivityand crack resistance function can improve the conductive performance and mechanical properties of materials.The impact of the test voltage,fiber contentand maintainage on material resistivity and impact of carbon fiber incorporation on the mechanical properties was studied through tests.Results show that the incorporation of carbon fiber can improve conductive performance and mechanical properties of thecomposite materials.
