微信平台培训与在线考核在NICU护士专科培训中的应用

目的 探讨微信平台与考核系统在神经外科监护室专科护士培训中的应用效果。 方法 便利选取我院2017年12月-2018年5月神经外科监护室2个病区54名护士为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将2个病区的护士分为观察组和对照组各27例。对照组给予传统业务学习培训;观察组应用微信平台进行培训与考核,比较2组培训效果、培训的满意情况及专科实践能力。结果 观察组理论及操作成绩、专科护士实践能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对培训的满意率为88.9%,高于对照组的59.3%。 结论 微信平台培训提高了NICU护士的理论知识、操作技能水平及护士对培训的满意度,增强了NICU专科护士的实践能力。

The application of the WeChat platform in the training and online assessment of NICU specialist nurses

Objective To explore the effect of the WeChat platform in the training and evaluation of specialized nurses in the department of nerosugery intensive care unit (NICU). Methods Fifty-four nurses from the department of NICU were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 27. The control group was trained in the traditional way, while the observation group was trained and examined with the WeChat platform. The training effect and nurses' satisfaction of the training were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 88.9%, higher than that of the control group (59.3%). Conclusion The training and examination based on the WeChat platform can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills, as well as the satisfaction of specialist nurses from the department of NICU.
