摘    要:为提升航空机载产品的研制质量和效率,提出了航空机载产品设计制造一体化研制平台。从流程管控一体化、数据传递一体化和资源共享一体化等3个维度分析了航空机载产品设计制造一体化研制的需求,在此基础上构建了设计制造一体化研制平台架构;并研究了基于BOM的产品数据一致性传递、基于XML的多业务系统集成、基于流程模板的电子化审签以及设计制造一体化共享资源库构建等平台实现的关键技术;基于Teamcenter实现了平台的开发,该平台目前已在某航空机载产品生产企业中得到试运行,其初步应用效果良好。

Abstract:To improve the development efficiency and quality of aviation airborne products, an integrated development platform for design and manufacturing of aviation airborne products was proposed. The demand of integrated development was analyzed from three dimensions as process management integration, data transmission integration and resource sharing integration. The architecture of integrated development platform for design and manufacturing was established. The key technologies of implementation platform were studied such as product data consistency transmission based on BOM, multi service system integration based on XML, electronic audit based on the process template and the design and manufacture of the integration of shared resources library construction. The development of the platform was realized based on Teamcenter. The platform was put into trial operation in an aviation airborne production enterprise,and a good result was achieved.
