重浮联合工艺从某复杂多金属氧化矿回收金试验研究

摘    要:对甘肃某多金属氧化矿进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明,采用优先重选一重选尾矿经一次粗选、两次精选、三次扫选的重浮联合工艺流程,可以获得金品位42.43g/t的重选精矿和22.43g/t的浮选精矿,金的综合回收率达到81.35%.同时,银和铜也得到一定程度的综合回收.

Experimental Study on the Gold Recovering by Flotation-Gravity Technology from a Complex Multi-metal Oxidized Ore

Abstract:Mineral processing experiments were carried out on a complex multi-metal oxidized ore from Gansu Province. The result indicates that, adopt gravity separation first, then use one rough, two cleaning and three scavenging separation can get gravity concentrate with the gold grade of 42.43 g/t and flotation concentrate with the gold grade of 22.43g/t. Comprehensive recovery of gold can reached 81.35%. At the same time, silver and copper can also get some degree of recovery.
