摘    要:利用高温油浆沉降净化的实验数据,通过理论分析与数学回归,建立了催化剂粒度分布、油浆密温和粘温特性、沉降时间、沉降深度、沉降温度与油浆净化效率关联的数学模型。模型预测分析结果表明,模型方程的复相关系数为0.9712,精确度较高,能为连续化工业生产提供较可靠的预报值。

Abstract:Based on the experimental data of subsidence purification of high-temperature slurry oil, the mathematical models of size grade of catalyst, density-temperature and viscosity-temperature characteristic of slurry oil, time, depth and temperature of subsidence to the purification efficiency of slurry oil are investigated through the theoretical analysis and mathematical regression. The results of model predictive calculations show that the complex interrelation coefficient of the model equation is 0.971 2, and the model has good accuracy. The mathematical model can provide reliable predction for the continuous production of industry.
