摘    要:以H.11648麻组培苗叶片为外植体,研究了不同生长调节剂对诱导愈伤、不定芽的分化、增殖及生根的影响。结果表明:在MS+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+4.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+3%蔗糖+0.23%植物凝胶(pH值5.8)培养基上诱导出愈伤组织为佳;在MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA培养基中,愈伤组织不定芽分化率最高;将小苗移栽至基质配比为土壤∶椰糠=2∶1的育苗盆中,成活率达96%。

Abstract:Using the leaves of test-tube seedlings of Agave sisalana H.11648 as the explants,the effects of different growth regulating substances on the callus inducement,differentiation,proliferation and rooting of adventitious buds were researched.The results indicated that the highest callus inducement frequency was obtained on the medium MS+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+4.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+3% cane sugar+0.23% plant gelatum(pH 5.8),and the optimum medium for the differentiation of the adventitious buds from callus was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA.The survival rate of the test-tube seedlings was 96% after they were transplanted into the nursery pot with the substrate of soil+coconut bran(2∶1).
