| 摘 要： | 对冷轧Pb/Al多层膜样品进行TEM研究，发现部分Pb膜与Al膜之间存在外延生长取向关系（立方－立方取向关系），并且Pb膜的外表面由特定的晶体学面组成，对这种取向Pb膜的形成机制进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The microstructure of cold\|rolling Pb/Al multilayer film was studied by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed existence of epitaxial relationship between some Pb films and matrix Al film (cubic on cubic orientation). The surface of Pb film is facetted by some crystalline planes with low index. The formation mechanism of epitaxial Pb film was discussed. |
