“三补”对衰老大鼠的抗自由基能力及三磷酸腺苷酶活性影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察补肾方常用配伍组分"三补"药物组抗衰老作用机制。方法:观察"三补"药物组对D-gal致亚急性衰老大鼠抗自由基能力及三磷酸腺苷酶活性的影响并与六味地黄丸全方做对比。结果:亚急性衰老大鼠总抗氧化能力、抑制超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基能力及三磷酸腺苷酶活力降低,"三补"药物组干预后,衰老大鼠的总抗氧化能力提高,其升高效果与六味地黄丸相当,但对自由基的抑制能力不如六味地黄丸全方;对肝细胞膜ATP酶活性有显著提高作用,其效果与六味地黄丸全方作用相当,但对脑细胞膜ATP酶活性的改善作用不显著。结论:"三补"组分具有抗衰老的药理作用,其抗衰机制可能与提高总抗氧化能力和细胞膜ATP酶活性作用有关,但与六味地黄丸全方对比还存在不稳定性,提示恰当的配伍仍属必要。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the anti -aging function mechanism of three supplement methods, the frequently used constituents of compatibility in invigorating kidney formulae. Methods:It was observed that the effect that three supplement methods had on the ability to resist free radical and the activity of adenosine tripilosphatase in aging rats due to D - galac- tose, and compared with the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill at the same time. Results : Consequence of total antioxidant ca- pacity,abilities of resisting superoxide anion and hydroxy radical and activities of adenosine triphosphatase in the aging rats were cut down. After the intervention of the three supplement methods, the total antioxidant capacity in the blood of aging rats and ATPase activity in the liver of aging rats were stepped up and there was no significant difference as com- pared with Liuwei Dihuang Pill, but the ability to raise ATPase activity in the brain cff aging rats had no significant chan- ges compared with model group and it was not as good as Liuwei Dihuang Pill. Collusion : The anti - aging function of three supplement methods may be concerned that this group of drugs can raise total antioxidant capacity and the activity of adenosine triphosphatase. But there are instabilities in the anti - aging function of three supplement methods as compared with Liuwei Dihuang Pill and it cues that pertinent compatibility is still necessary.
