潞党参多糖含量测定

目的:对潞党参及其他产地党参多糖含量测定,为制订潞党参药材质量标准提供依据。方法:以无水葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法显色,利用紫外分光光度法测定潞党参及其他产地党参多糖含量。结果:葡萄糖在5.4⁵4.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(以r=0.999);平均回收率为97.56%。潞党参多糖含量的平均值为18.39%。结论:测定方法操作简单,重复性好,结果准确可靠。可用于潞党参多糖含量测定。

Determination of Contents of Polysaccharide in Lu Dangshen

Objective ： The contents of polysaccharide in Lu Dangshen and Radix Codonopsis from other cultivation lo- cations were measured to provide the basis for Lu Dangshen standards of quality. Methods ： Anhydrous glucose was used as reference substance. The content of the polysaccharide of Lu Dangshen and other producing area was determined by the phenol- sulfuric acid method and the ultraviolet spectrophotomery was used. Results：Glucose absorbance showed a good linear relationship （r = 0. 999） ;5.4 - 54.0 μg/mL with an average recovery rate was 97.56%. The average content of polysaccharide in Lu Dangshen reached 18.39%. Conclusion：This determination method is simple to be operated with good reproducibility, and results are accurate and reliable, which can be used to determine the polysaccharides content of Lu Dangshen.
