| Abstract: | Starting from the tendencies of users' requirements, based on the characteristics, comprehensive analysis, service management, and some concepts of information economics, this article explains the basic connotation of the information service in the following three angles: users, suppliers, and managerial personnel. Suggestions are proposed to establishment of evaluation and standards of the information service . |
