| 摘 要： | 档案工作者的素质直接影响着档案工作的质量。档案工作的信息化管理，对档案工作者提出了更高的要求——新时期的档案管理工作者除应具备传统档案管理的基本素质外，还必须注重适应档案现代化管理的综合素质的提高，努力使档案发挥其应有的作用。

| Abstract: | The quality of archivists directly affects the quality of filing work. The information-based manage- ment of filing work brings forth even higher demand on archivists. In addition to having basic quality of tradi- tional file management, archives in new age should also pay attention to the improvement of comprehensive quality of modem file management and try to bring the files into proper play. |
