摘    要:本文通过不同扩散工艺制备了Cu-Zn-Fe合金粉末,并对粉末的物理性能进行了检测,结果表明颗粒结构和颗粒形貌是影响粉末松装密度、流速、粒度分布的主要因素,同时利用粉末烧结理论解释了扩散温度和扩散时间对粉末物理性能的影响规律.

Abstract:Cu-Zn-Fe alloy powders were prepared by different diffusion techniques and the powders physical properties were tested.The results show that loose density,fluidnity and grain finensize distribution of the powders were mainly affected by particle structure and morphology.The influence of diffusion tempreture and time on powder physical properties is explained with powder sintering theory.
