MRI指导子宫颈癌分期的临床意义

目的:观察子宫颈癌磁共振成像(MRI)表现,探讨其指导子宫颈癌分期的价值。方法:98例宫颈癌患者术前行MRI检查,以FIGO临床分期为标准制定MRI分期并制定治疗计划,以术后病理结果为标准。采用病例自身对照法,将FI-GO和MRI分期分别与术后病理结果进行对照,以评价二者对宫颈癌分期的准确性。结果:FIGO分期准确率为65.31%(64/98),MRI分期准确率为85.71%。结论:MRI对宫颈癌分期的准确性优于FIGO分期。MRI可准确评估宫颈癌的病变范围,提高宫颈癌分期的准确性,有利于制定合理的治疗方案及正确评估预后,应成为宫颈癌治疗前常规的检查方法。

Clinical significance of MRI in directing staging of cervical cancer

Objective:To observe MRI manifestations of cervical cancer and explore the value of staging.Methods:98 patients with cervical cancer checked by MRI were staged by clinic MRI and FIGO before operation,then treatment plans were made according to FIGO staging.The accuracies of FIGO and MRI staging were evaluated by post-operation pathology.Results:The accuracies of MRI staging and FIGO staging were 85.71% and 65.31% (64/98),respectively.Conclusion:The accuracy of MRI staging is better than that of FIGO staging.MRI contributes to decide reasonable plans of treatment as well as appraise the effect of treatment,which can evaluate the range and stage of cervical cancer accurately.
