sHB-EGF在上皮性卵巢癌患者腹水中水平测定及临床相关性研究

目的:检测sHB-EGF在上皮性卵巢癌患者腹水中水平,以探讨其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验分别测定10例上皮性卵巢良性肿瘤患者,10例慢性盆腔炎患者,46例上皮性卵巢癌患者腹水sHB-EGF水平。结果:上皮性卵巢癌腹水中sHB-EGF水平(5.1410±4.0984)ng/ml显著高于上皮性卵巢良性肿瘤组(0.5888±0.0992)ng/ml(P<0.05),上皮性卵巢良性肿瘤组与慢性盆腔炎组(2.5139±4.1963)ng/ml,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。上皮性卵巢癌患者中低分化组(3.5848±3.1170)ng/ml,中分化组(6.0122±3.9187)ng/ml,高分化组(5.0681±6.7513)ng/ml腹水sHB-EGF浓度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。腹水中sHB-EGF浓度与临床分期及病理分型无显著性关联(P>0.05)。结论:腹水sHB-EGF浓度可作为卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别指标之一。

Correlational research and detection of sHB -EGF in ascitic fluid of ovarian tumor

Objective:To detect the concentration of sHB-EGF in ascitic fluid of ovarian tumor,explore clinical significance of sHB-EGF.Methods:The concentration of sHB-EGF in ascitic fluid from 10 benign ovarian tumors,10 chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases,46 epithelial ovarian carcinomas cases was assayed by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The ascitic fluid sHB-EGF level in epithelial ovarian carcinomas (5.141 0±4.098 4) ng/ml] was higher than that in benign ovarian tumors (0.588 8±0.099 2) ng/ml](P<0.05).There was no significant difference between benign ovarian tumor group and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease group (2.513 9±4.196 3) ng/ml](P>0.05).The concentration of ascitic fluid sHB-EGF in epithelial ovarian carcinomas had no significant difference with poorly differentiated group (3.584 8±3.117 0) ng/ml],moderately differentiated group (6.012 2± 3.918 7) ng/ml] and well-differentiated group (5.068 1±6.751 3) ng/ml](P>0.05),while no correlation was found between concentration of sHB-EGF,clinical stage(P>0.05) and histological types(P>0.05).Conclusion:The concentration of sHB-EGF in ascitic fluid can be a identify index between benign ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian carcinomas,which will supply new study direction of diagnosis,therapy and evaluation of prognosis for ovarian tumors.
