| 摘 要： | 目的]观察针刺对脑梗死患者的康复治疗效果。方法]将40例脑梗死患者随机分为针刺组20例和对照组20例,治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)和修订Barthel指数(MBI)对其运动功能、认知功能及日常生活能力进行评定,对照观察针刺对脑梗死患者的康复效果。结果]对照组和针刺组治疗后FMA评分、MMSE评分及Barthel指数均有明显改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,针刺组治疗后FMA评分及Barthel指数改善更为明显(P<0.05),MMSE评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论]针刺有助于脑梗死后运动功能及日常生活能力的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the effect of acupuncture on the patients with cerebral infarction.Method] 40 patients with cerebral infarction were selected randomly into the acupuncture group(20 cases) and the control group(20 cases).The degree of activity of daily living and cognitive ability were assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,modifed Barthel index and mini mental status examination(MMSE) respectively before and after the treatment.Result] The score of FMA,the score of MMSE and modified Barthel index of the two groups were increased distinctively after treatment(P<0.05).Comparing with control group,the score of FMA and modified Barthel index in acupuncture group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion] Acupuncture could be helpful in activity of daily living and motor function of cerebral infarction. |
