轨道交通项目机电工程的设计变更管理研究——以苏州轨道交通1、2号线为例

摘    要:基于文献综合分析轨道交通机电工程设计变更的主要原因。结合苏州轨道交通机电工程设计变更的统计,对变更的原因进行比较。结果表明:1号线有高达93.5%的变更次数和91.2%的变更总额是由设计文件的质量问题引起的;通过有效的设计变更管理措施,2号线的设计变更次数较1号线减少至近1/3,设计变更费用也下降了56.8%。最后,总结苏州轨道交通机电工程的设计变更管理措施,主要包括控制设计周期、确保设计人员的经验和投入、明确设计专业接口等六个方面。

Research on Design Change Management of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Rail Transit Project:A Case Study of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2
Abstract:Based on literature,analyzes the main factors leading to design changes in mechanical and electrical engineering of rail transit project comprehensively. Combined with quantitative statistics of mechanical and electrical engineering in Suzhou rail transit,compares the reasons for the change. Statistical analysis shows that 93.5%of the number of changes and 91.2%of the cost of changes in Line 1 are caused by design errors and omissions. Comparing with Line 1,the number of design changes in Line 2 is reduced to nearly one-third of those in Line 1,the cost of design changes also declines by 56.8%of Line 1 through the effective measures of design change management. Finally,summarizes the design change management measures of Suzhou rail transit mechanical and electrical engineering,mainly include six aspects:controlling the design cycle,ensuring the design personnel's experience and input,clearing design professional interface and so on.
