基于SEM的预制构配件质量安全影响因素研究

随着建筑工业化的推行,装配式建筑已逐步在市场上占有一席之地,然而该类建筑的质量安全仍然是社会关注的热点问题。通过国内外文献研究,构建了以生产过程、操作规范、工作环境、组织管理为外因潜变量,以预制构配件质量安全为内因潜变量的假设模型,并以问卷调研的方式收集数据,采用结构方程模型揭示预制构配件质量安全受多因素影响。研究发现预制构配件质量安全受生产过程、操作规范、工作环境、组织管理4个关键因素的影响。该研究结果对提高预制构配件质量安全和推进建筑工业化具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

SEM-Based Research on the Quality and Safety Factors of Prefabricated Components

With the implementation of building industrialization,prefabricated buildings have been gradually caught a place on the market. However, the quality and safety of such buildings are still hot issues of social concerns and the prefabricated components and parts are the primary factors. Therefore,based on previous literature,this paper established a hypothetical model whose exogenous latent variable were production processes,operating norms,work environment and organization management and the internal latent variable was the quality and safety of prefabricated components and parts. Then this paper collected data with questionnaires. At last the paper used factor analysis and structural equation modeling to reveal the factors which influence the quality and safety of prefabricated structures. Results find that the quality and safety of prefabricated components and parts are influenced by four key factors which are production processes,operating norms,work environment and organization management. The order of the factors on influence degree is:production processes>operating norms > organizational management >work environment. This result catches theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality and safety of prefabricated components and advances the building industrialization.
