我国现代化进程中的社会犯罪问题

随着现代化进程的加快，我国的犯罪率呈不断上升的趋势。在犯罪的类型结构上，财产犯罪与暴力犯罪同时大幅度增长；在犯罪的人口分布上，青少年犯罪突出，女性犯罪也有较大增长；而在犯罪的地理分布上则是农村犯罪较少，城市犯罪居于主导地位。犯罪的类型、分布等微观方面的变化是现代化带来的无法避免的后果，但可以通过实行有效的社会控制和其它方式在一定程度上避免犯罪的增长。

Along with the development of modernization, the crime rate in our country is in the buoyant trend continuously. As the type of the crime is concerned, both crimes in respect of property and crimes with violence are increasing; As for the distribution of the criminal, crimes in the teenager is outstanding, and the crimes in the female increases also; Crimes in cities is in the predominant position, while crimes occur in the country is less than those in cities. As a result of modernization, changes in tiny aspect such as the type of the crime and the distribution of the crime are unavoidable. We still can avoid the buoyant trend of the crime rate on a certain degree through some effective social controlling measures and some other means.
