摘    要:介绍了低贫磁铁矿采用碎矿多段抛尾、多段磨矿多段磁选或磁选-浮选联合处理得到合格铁精矿的基本工艺流程和设备,叙述了采用自磨与半自磨、高压辊磨机等技术和设备处理低贫磁铁矿石,可有效降低选矿生产成本,提高经济效益的技术特征。简要阐述了低贫磁铁矿的选铁尾矿用作生产建材、微晶玻璃、污水处理等的材料,以及在土壤改良、土地复垦等方面的综合利用情况,指出了在开发低贫磁铁矿资源过程中产生的不容忽视的环境问题。

Abstract:The basic technological process and equipment for lean magnetite were introduced in this paper,such as using coarse crashing to reject tailings,and multistage grinding,multistage magnetic separation,or combined process of magnetic separation-flotation.Acceptable iron concentrates were achieved by the processes.The applications of autogenous grinding,semi-autogenous grinding and high-pressure rolling press in lean magnetite treatment process,could reduce production costs and enhance economic benefits effecti...
