| Abstract: | The fatty liver infiltrations of the children are not uncommon and are often seen in particular diseases, mainly related to intoxication or metabolic diseases. The authors reported a case of heterogeneous fatty liver infiltration due to obesity with a good evolution after a hypocaloric diet. |
