| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高级裁判员的咨询和问卷调查，其结果表明，对篮球裁判员正判率影响的因素有许多种，78．46％以上的裁判员认为心理因素对篮球裁判员正判率有着很重要的影响．对这些因素进行了综合分析和讨论。今后在培养和聘用篮球裁判员时，要以心理素质水平的高低为重要的考核依据．

| Abstract: | Through the consultation and questionnaire investigations if our advanced referees,the result shows that various factors have affected the rate of right judgments by basketball referees and 78.46%of those referees think that psychological factors have great impact on it. With the levels will be an important assessment criterion when we train and employ basketball referees in the future. |
