鳞片填料涂层耐阴极剥离性能的比较

摘    要:采用羟基丙烯酸酯树脂为涂料用树脂,在配方中添加鳞片填料,观察三种鳞片填料的粒径以及填料在涂层中的分布,对比试验了不同鳞片填料涂层的耐阴极剥离性能。结果表明,玻璃鳞片及不锈钢鳞片对涂层的耐阴极剥离性能的提高要好于云母鳞片;鳞片添加总量控制在涂料固体含量质量分数的40%左右时,涂层达到较好的防腐蚀性能。

Abstract:In this work,the hydroxy acrylic resin was used to match the coating.Three kinds of scale fillers were added.The grain sizes and distribution of the scales in the coatings,and the influence of the scales on cathodic disbondment of the coatings were studied.The results show that the efficiency of stainless steel flakes and glass flakes to improve the cathodic disbondment was better than that of mica powder.When the amount of the added scales was controlled to the mass fraction 40% of the total solids content of coatings,the coating could achieve excellent anti-corrosive performance.
