大轴圆度误差在线测量新技术

摘    要:针对大型轴类零件进行圆度误差测量存在的不足,提出一种采用电感测微系统和计算机实现大轴圆度误差在线测量的新方法。采用最小二乘圆法,通过电感测微仪获取被测零件的表面轮廓参数数据,由自编的数据处理软件对零件的表面轮廓参数数据处理和检测。理论分析与实验结果比较表明,该测量系统技术先进、测试精度高、仪器性能可靠、操作方便、可在线使用,能解决对大型轴类零件进行圆度误差测量的实际问题。
