摘    要:本文针对煤矿类矿山公园申报资料中出现的矿业生产遗迹调查不系统深入、内容不明确、价值评价主观性强等问题,通过12座煤矿类矿山公园申报资料的整理分析和项目的野外调查进行研究,得出矿业生产遗迹在矿业遗迹中所占比例是最大的;矿业生产遗迹调查应形成由点到线、由线及面的全面调查以及资料收集、设备及建筑物调查和照片拍摄工作的注意事项。在矿业生产遗迹价值评价体系中添加了知名度、基础服务设施、可参观性三项评价因子作为附加价值,采用取四类不同研究领域的多位专家打分的平均值,降低价值评价的主观性。实践证明此价值评价方法简单易用、客观公正、具有普遍的适应性。

Abstract:Concerning the problems of the unsystematic and shallow investigation, ambiguous details and strongly subjective value evaluation existing in the declaration materials of the coal mining parks, this paper analyzes the declaration materials of 12 coal mining parks and studies the field surveys of the projects, concluding that the proportion of the mining production heritage is the largest in the mining heritage and that the investigation of mining production relics should become a comprehensive one with cautions of material collection, equipment, and investigation and filming of the equipment and buildings. In order to reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation, I add three evaluation factors of popularity, infrastructure services and visit ability as the added value to the evaluation system of the mining production heritage and I adopt the average grades of a number of experts from four different research fields. Practice has proved this value evaluation method is simple, objective and generally applicable.
