改性钢渣作水泥混合材的基础性能研究

摘    要:采用高温将粉煤灰和钢渣熔融得到改性钢渣,对掺加改性钢渣后所得水泥的微观结构和宏观力学性能进行研究与分析。结果表明:添加改性钢渣可降低改性钢渣水泥中fCaO的含量;添加改性钢渣水泥的强度比添加普通钢渣水泥的强度略低,但仍可满足P.SS32.5R级水泥强度的要求;改性钢渣作水泥混合材是可行的。

Abstract:Modified steel slag was prepared by mixing molten fly ash and steel slag at high temperature. We have studied its microscopic structure and macroscopic mechanical properties.The results showed that: The content of the fCaO was decreased by adding modified steel slag; The strength of the modified steel slag cement is a little lower than the ordinary one, but the strength was still meeting the need of P· SS32.5R cement. It is feasible that modified steel slag can become one of the cement materials.
