抗菌肽的研究进展

近年来，随着传统抗生素抗药性的产生，人们对于抗菌肽的研究日益关注。抗菌肽是具有抗菌活性的一类短肽，广泛存在于生物界，是先天免疫的重要防御物质，具有广谱抗菌、抗病毒、抗真菌、抗寄生虫及抗肿瘤等生物活性，且不易产生耐药性。文章主要对于抗菌肽的历史、分类及结构特征、作用机制、研究进展、应用前景等方面进行综述，抗菌肽将成为继青霉素等传统抗生素之后又一类重要的新型抗菌药物。

Research progress of antibacterial peptides

With the resistance to conventional antibiotics giving into birth, we have paid more attention to the studies of antibacterial peptides recently. Antibacterial Peptids(ABP),a family of short-chain peptides with antibacterial activity,are widely spread in biological universe.ABP are important defense substances in innate immune system.Except for broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,ABP have more biological activities on the resistance of virus,fungi,parasite and tumor,but scarcely induce drug resistance. The primary aim of this paper is to demonstrate the relative studies in terms of antibacterial peptides:history, classifications, structures, operational principles, advances in molecular biology, applications and syntheses. ABP offers a new way of avoiding resistance to conventional antibiotics.
