摘    要:TYB系列调压注水装置由双缸四腔泵体、电液换向阀、控制液路及控制电路组成。换向系统采用常规液压换向阀的基本结构, 换向信号运用传感技术和集成化无触点控制电路采集与传递, 液压换向部分配备有液位、压力和温度过载保护系统。通过换向系统将水网来水作重新分配, 同时产生一股高压水流和低压水流, 分别适配于欠注井和低压注水井, 提高了注水系统的效率, 减少了动力消耗。现场试验证明, 装置运行平稳, 性能可靠, 运行费用低, 节能效果明显。

Abstract:TYB series waterflood pressure regulating systems consist of two cylinder four chamber pump body, electro hydraulic reversing valve, control fluid circuit and control current circuit. The reversing mechanism adopts the basic structure of the conventional reversing valve, and the reversing signals are collected and transmitted by means of sensing and circuit control techniques. The hydraulic reversing unit is equipped with fluid height, pressure and temperature indicators with overload protection device. By means of the reversing mechanism, the water from net can be distributed to produce a high pressure flow and a low pressure flow for different injection wells, thereby the efficiency of the waterflood system is improved and power consumption is reduced. Field test shows that the waterflood pressure regulating system operates smoothly and reliably with low cost.
