叶酸在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电催化氧化及其电分析方法

摘    要:研究了叶酸(Folic Acid,FA)在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWCNT/GCE)上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,FA在GCE上的直接电化学氧化十分迟缓,无氧化峰出现,而在MWCNT/GCE上0.681V处出现一个不可逆氧化峰,表明MWCNT/GCE对FA具有良好的电催化作用.测定了FA在MWCNT/GCE上的电催化过程动力学参数,电子转移系数a为0.80,扩散系数D为6.217×10^-5cm^2/s,电极反应速率常数k1为2.15×10^-5cm^2/s.在8×10^6~2×10^-4mol/L浓度范围内,FA峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Ips(uA)=70.46c+0.046,r=0.9995,检出限为3×10^-6umol/L,对市售药品进行定量测试,所测样品RSD为1.8%~4.8%,加标回收率为95.5%~102.1%.可用于FA电化学定量测定.

Abstract:Electrochemical behavior of folic acid(FA) at a multi-walled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode(MWCNT/GCE) has been investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the direct electrochemical oxidation of FA were sluggish on GCE,no oxidation peaks appeared.However,on MWCNT/GCE it appeared an irreversible oxidation peak at 0.681V,which indicates that the modified electrode exhibits a good promoting effect on the electrochemical reaction of FA.The electrochemical kinetics parameter has be...
