摘    要:以季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂作为改性剂,制备有机膨润土,用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析有机改性蒙脱石结构特征。实验研究了有机膨润土对水溶液中苯胺的吸附作用,比较了原土与有机改性膨润土对苯胺的吸附效果,探讨了吸附时间、介质pH值等因素对吸附的影响,以及有机膨润土对苯胺的吸附机理。实验表明:有机土对水溶液中苯胺的吸附作用明显优于原土,具有良好的吸附效果,实验条件下对苯胺的去除率可达80%以上。

Abstract:Organic montmorillonite is prepared by using quarternary ammonium cationic surfactant as modification agent. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) is used to study and characterize properties of organic montmorillonite. This experiment studied the adsorption of aniline on organic montmorillonite and compared the adsorptive capacity of initial mineral and organic montmorillonite. This paper analysis the influence of reaction time, pH value of media on the adsorption of aniline on organic montmorillonite. The result indicate that the adsorptive capacity of organic montmorillonite is obviously better than the initial minerals which can top 80% under pilot conditions.
