智慧变电站计量系统综合误差模型研究

目前智慧变电站计量系统中单体设备的误差特性与检测方法研究日趋成熟,针对设备间误差关联和影响的系统级误差测试方法已得到使用验证。然而,对其综合误差的建模与分析工作尚未有效开展,导致智慧计量系统在误差配合、故障分析等方面缺乏参考依据,不便于在贸易结算关口使用。文章从传感、量化、组帧、插值、延时等影响智慧变电站计量系统误差的因素着手,建立了系统综合误差数学模型,并在各不同场景下对模型准确性进行了试验验证,结果表明该模型特别适用于智慧变电站计量系统综合误差分析,可为系统设计、试验、运维提供参考依据。

Research on composite error model of metering system in smart substations

Digital metering systems in smart substations are more widely utilized in recent years. The research on composite error models of digital metering systems, however, is rarely conducted, which makes this type of metering systems lack of analytical basis for error tolerance fitting and disabled the legitimacy of the power-trading purpose of digital metering system. To improve this research, the errors of each components of digital metering system are analyzed and combined to render the composite error model. The results of verification tests on simulation environment proved the effectiveness of this composite error model, which could be used in design and analyzation of the precision of the digital metering systems.
