聚丙烯腈纤维抗静电改性的技术现状与发展趋势

摘    要:文章介绍了普通腈纶的缺点和局限性以及抗静电腈纶的优越性;详细阐述了用于腈纶抗静电改性的后整理法、抗静电剂与纺丝原液共混法以及共聚法等3类方法与技术,评析了这几种方法的优缺点;并对腈纶抗静电改性技术的发展趋势作出了展望.

Abstract:The paper first introduces both the shortcomings and limitations of conventional acrylic fiber and the advantages of anti-static acrylic fiber, and then introduces three methods/ technologies for endowing the fiber with anti-static property, namely the after-treatment method, the method of polyblending antistatic agent and spinning solution and the copolymerization method. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared and analyzed, and developing trend of anti-static technology for acrylic fiber is anticipated.
